Andrea Blau
Andrea has over 20 years in the food service industry, spent extensively in supply chain, quality, and operations. She has significant accomplishments with customer growth, cost saving initiatives, promotions execution, project management, customer on-boarding, new product launches, sku rationalization, and product transitions. Andrea had spent her career prior to founding AVA with SYGMA/SYSCO, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group., Whole Brain Consulting and Natural Food Works.
